Meet the Duo
Emily holds a degree in music with a voice concentration from Christopher Newport University. Her soprano carries both the soaring clarity of classical training and the soulful, intimate warmth of traditional folk ballads. She brings nuanced dynamic control and emotional depth to every song, whether leading a raucous pub tune or a delicate, haunting air.
Eric graduated from James Madison University with a degree in music with a piano concentration. He brings that classical training to his Irish bouzouki playing to create intricate counterpoint, rich chordal structures, and rhythmic drive to Secret Moss Meadow. His background in music theory and classical arrangement grounds the duo's sound in a lush, textured framework.
